Pricing

All prices listed on Charpaii’s website include VAT and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are not included in the product prices and will be added to your total at checkout. We offer free delivery across Pakistan for orders exceeding PKR 100,000.

Delivery Charges

Delivery Timeline

The earliest possible delivery date will be allocated automatically when you place your order. Delivery usually occurs within 14 days, subject to stock availability and your location, but no later than 20 days unless agreed otherwise. Delivery schedules are designed to prioritize efficiency while accommodating specific customer requests whenever possible.

If delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and arrange a new delivery date. We advise against making any plans around the delivery date until it is confirmed. Ensuring transparency during delays is a key aspect of our service commitment.

Changing Delivery Dates

If you need to reschedule your delivery, contact our Customer Support at support@charpaii.pk at least 48 hours before the planned delivery date. Flexibility in rescheduling allows us to better cater to your circumstances.

Delivery Guidelines

Ensure there is sufficient space and access for delivery. Move fragile items like vases or lights out of the way to prevent damage. Our delivery team will deliver to your room of choice if it is safe and practical to do so. However, if our team deems it unsafe, an alternative room will be agreed upon.

Our delivery team will not:

  • Remove doors, windows, or door frames
  • Carry specialized lifting equipment
  • Unpack or assemble products
  • Remove packaging
  • Remove footwear during deliveries

If there is a concern about floor damage, please protect your flooring in advance. By preparing your space ahead of time, you can help ensure a seamless delivery process.

Important Information

You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery. If no one is available, an adult must be present to sign for the order on your behalf. Upon delivery, check the packaging and product condition, and confirm by signing the delivery document. Any issues should be noted on the document. Missing items will be reordered, and damaged or incorrect items will be replaced at no extra cost.

Damaged Items

If an item is damaged or defective upon delivery, inform the delivery driver immediately. For damage noticed after delivery, contact support@charpaii.pk as soon as possible. Retain damaged items for inspection. If an item is discarded before we can inspect it, your claim may be affected. Returns and Cancellations

Returns

You can return new, unused products within 3-5 days if they are faulty or not as described. Products must be in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel an order after making an advance payment:

  • Within 24 hours: 25% of the advance will be deducted.
  • Within 24-48 hours: 70% of the advance will be deducted.
  • After 48 hours: The full advance amount will be deducted.

Cancellations must be communicated promptly to avoid unnecessary charges and delays.

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns, cancellations, or refunds if:

  • Proof of purchase is missing
  • Items are not in their original packaging
  • Items are not in resaleable condition
